YRC is proud to offer school holiday workshops this Easter break, in association with our friends from Music in the Regions and the Office of Regional Youth.

The Music in the Regions programs are part of the Holiday Break program supported by the Office for Regional Youth in partnership with Create NSW.

  • Poster advertising musical theatre workshops on Monday, April 11th, and Tuesday, April 12th from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with lunch provided, featuring drama focus with Lauren Frith-Asagrim, supported by the NSW government and Create NSW.

  • Poster advertising String workshops with Lisa Stewart and Stefan Duvet scheduled for April 21 and 22, featuring a violin and sheet music, supported by the NSW Government's Music in the Regions program, Office for Regional Youth, and Create NSW.

    Strings workshops: 21 and 22 April

    Lisa Stewart and Stefan Duwe of the Acacia Quartet will offer individual lessons and ensemble workshops for students of all levels of playing.

    Beginner students will be offered times before lunch, and advanced students will be offered afternoon sessions.

    HSC Performance workshops: 21 & 22 April

    These workshops are open to students in Years 10, 11 and 12. If you are currently preparing HSC pieces, come and play, and receive some tips from professional performers, Lisa Stewart and Stefan Duwe. This will be valuable for both performers and observers.
